ITIL alwasy talks about service, and it has 10 processes defined. It calssifed these 10 processes into Service Support User Facing & Service Delivery Customer Facing.

Services Support User Facing Processes:
  1. Incident Management
  2. Problem Management
  3. Change Management
  4. Release Management
  5. Configuration Management
Service Delivery Customer Facing Processes:
  1. Capacity Management
  2. Availability Management
  3. Service Level Management
  4. Financial Management for IT Services
  5. IT service continuity management
